What is preventive health care?

Preventive/integrative health care is a set of measures aimed at preventing diseases, maintaining the health and reserves of the human body. Unlike traditional health care, which treats existing symptoms and eliminates existing health problems, preventive health care allows you to predict and avoid the development of diseases or manage their causes and reduce the negative impact on the body.

Can I make an appointment with a doctor using the MMH app?

The MMH app allows you to make an appointment with the selected preventive health care doctor and it will remind you of the time of this appointment.

Can I upload my data to the MMH app before the initial appointment?

The system allows you to download the results of previous laboratory and physiological tests into a special section to ensure the safety of information and, if necessary, provide access to the selected doctor.

Can a doctor make appointments and recommendations for me directly through the MMH app?

The MMH app allows the doctor to send tasks and recommendations for you and, most importantly, to control their implementation, constantly monitoring your health indicators.

Can I track my health parameters via the MMH app?

The app collects data about your health parameters continuously, through integration with wearable devices, allowing you to enter measurement results daily (blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, pH and ketones in urine, etc.) and make notes on the fulfillment of tasks (taking medications and supplements, adherence to the drinking regime), as well as allowing you to periodically enter the results of laboratory and physiological tests. The collected data is processed automatically by the app and presented in graphs. The information received by the app becomes visual and accessible for you and your chosen doctor.

How much memory do I need in my phone for the MMH app to work optimally?

The app stores all information about patients on a secure server of our company, which help to save the phone memory of users.

Which doctors are available in the MMH app?

In the MMH app, doctors of various specialties with professional medical education and qualifications in preventive/integrative health care are available, which is confirmed by the corresponding diplomas.

Can I get the service of constant medical support through the MMH app?

The app is designed to automate the process of interaction between a doctor and a patient in the process of his support (guidance). Using the app, you can choose a preventive health care doctor and arrange a support service with him. DMT, LLC itself does not provide patient support services.

Do I have to enter my data into the MMH app manually?

There are two versions of the app: for doctors and for patients. Patient data is collected continuously automatically from wearable devices, some data are recorded by the patient himself, and laboratory results are entered by the partner lab automatically.

Can I track my health and lifestyle changes through the MMH app?

The app automatically collects and demonstrates data on your physical activity over the past day, monitors the implementation of recommendations during training (heart rate, time, distance, pauses), monitors sleep time and quality, the level of stress for the previous day, the number of calories burned, monitors the implementation of recommendations on keeping diet and taking medications, supplements and water.

On what basis does the MMH app suggest a particular doctor?

The MMH app contains information on the professional activities of the best preventive health care doctors. Based on the results of your filling out a screening test (digital health avatar), the app recommends a particular doctor, depending on the issues identified.
